Submitted items are to demonstrate – BEST OF SHOW. Each submitted item is to be in a category selected by the participant. Participants will not have to register ahead of the convention. Drop off will be on Saturday April 5th between 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon.There will be a first, second and third place award in each of the three categories. All items will be judged by a panel of experts. Items will be judged for execution, eye appeal, and quality.
Contest is open to all Upper Midwest Bakery Association or RBA/UMBA members who are participants at the convention.
