The “All Stressed Up … With No Place To Go” workshop is designed to provide answers to “What can I do about stress?” Stress at home, stress at work, stress from anywhere. Learn how to defuse, reduce and counter the stresses in your life or business.

Stress affects us at work, at home, in our relationships and impacts our mental and physical health.
